Q. What postage options are available and how do you ensure my purchase arrives safely and securely?
A. We send all our products through Royal Mail first class which ensures that they are covered up to the value of £20. Where order value is over £20 these may be sent via alternate means but we will ensure that we choose the most appropriate service for the order ensuring that its value is covered by the compensation available. All our items are packaged and labelled appropriately to ensure they reach you in prime condition. We also photograph all orders before being posted as proof of their condition and labelling before being sent. Should you package or contents be damaged or lost in transit we will refund you the amount paid and claim for the mis-handling in transit ourselves (we may need you to provide photographic evidence to enable us to do this).
